Golden Mornings

Early Bird or late macchiato? Everyone gets up sometime. Especially for our breakfast. With fresh fruits, soft-boiled eggs and crisp pastries. All you can enjoy!

Monday to Friday from 06:30 - 11 am. On weekends breakfast will be served until 1 pm. External guests are welcome and pay EUR 32. Reservation is recommended.

One of the world's favourite recipes is also one of ours. We have set out to give cordon bleu the place it deserves. If you know the history of this hearty speciality, you know that cordon bleu was once the epitome of haute cuisine. And the idea itself comes from the French "blue ribbon" for the highest culinary honour – hence the name, whose mention alone makes mouths water. Our aim isn't just to tie into the rich history of this legendary stuffed Wiener Schnitzel. Our aim is to perfect it. What's better than biting through the crisp, golden breading of a prime cordon bleu into juicy meat filled with the finest Prosciutto di Parma and melted Brie?
